Kath joined Beauchamp in 2011 in a Vice Principal role covering curriculum standards and achievement. She was appointed Head of College and then Principal of Beauchamp College in 2015, before becoming CEO of Lionheart Academies Trust in 2016.
Kath has 20 years’ experience in education and has worked to raise standards across the trust by changing staff culture through empowerment and encouragement to share best practice, with outstanding results.
Jenny joined Beauchamp College in 1998 as a Teacher of Biology with a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. She had previously taught at a mixed 11-16 comprehensive in Hereford. During her time at Beauchamp College and within the trust she has had numerous roles including AST, SENCO, Head of Inclusion as well as extensive SLT experience. Most recently she has been supporting the leadership in a school rated inadequate.
Jenny has a wide range of experience of all areas of education with a particular interest in holistic development, inclusion (including raising the aspiration of disadvantaged students), attendance and behaviour. Since being with the trust she has attained an MSc (Distinction) in Educational Leadership and her NPQH.
Mark joined the trust in 2016 having previously worked at Santander Bank as Head of Finance and later Head of Internal Technology and Operations.
His vast experience has involved maintaining financial integrity and performance, business restructuring, delivering IT development needs, and managing operational performance through process improvement.
Ben joined Beauchamp in April 2016 having previously worked for a large managed service provider with overall responsibility for managed service operations throughout the UK and Channel Islands.
Ben has 20 years’ experience delivering and supporting IT systems in all types of educational establishments. His experience covers the full life-cycle of IT from project inception, through detailed planning, to project management & delivery, BAU Support and legacy equipment management.
Roger has been with Beauchamp since 2008; his previous roles include site manager at William Bradford Community College and an area manager for Leicestershire City Council.
He has over 30 years’ experience in working in different types of educational establishments, with a vast experience in managing projects culminating in the management of a £10 million master plan rebuild of the Beauchamp site.
Sarah joined the Trust in April 2018 having previously worked at De Montfort University as a HR Partner before moving into a Senior HR Partner role for a number of years. She has over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources, 15 of which in an educational setting.
Sarah has vast experience in operational and strategic HR management including the implementation of both small and large scale change programmes leading to positive cultural change.
