Estates & Project Co-ordinator

SALARY: Grade 8 (£22,185)

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: Full time: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

 

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual to support in the delivery of significant growth and change projects across all schools in our multi-academy trust. Focusing on capital developments there will be a requirement to take ownership on delegated projects and provide wider estates support to all of our school leadership and premises teams.

This is an ideal role for young professionals just starting out in their career or would also be well suited to candidates looking to further their professional experience. Candidates must be educated to at least degree level and preferentially in an associated subject (Project Management, Estates Management, Business Management etc.).

To assist in your professional development we would be willing to support you in obtaining professional qualifications to supplement the role.

You will be based primarily at Beauchamp City Sixth Form but due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel to all of our schools (all within Leicestershire). In line with government guidance, there will be flexibility to support working from home during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
