Students celebrate A-level success
Academic excellence is weaved throughout all we do at Lionheart Educational Trust - supporting our young people on their learning journey - and on A-level Results Day 2024, our students successfully achieved another impressive collection of results. We once again saw collective results across Lionheart’s sixth forms greatly exceed the national^ and Leicestershire^^ average, with 33.1% of A-level entries awarded grades A* to A and 81.8% at A* - C.
Taking their next steps, many of our students can now look forward to exciting new chapters at prestigious universities, including Oxbridge and Russell Group, and higher-level apprenticeship schemes. Others, meanwhile, are excited to explore the world on gap years before heading back into education or employment.
We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved throughout their time with us – many of them having joined in 2017 as young Year 7s – and wish them well on their next adventure.
